A graduate of New York University, Mr. Cisneros got his career started in the photography department of Teen People magazine casting "real teens.” After the closure of Teen People, he went on to work for Getty Images as a fashion editor, packaging all fashion content for the company including email blasts, mobile channel, entertainment blog, special projects, in addition to fashion styling for Contour by Getty Images.
Working with many leading photographers including Greg Gorman, Chris Floyd, and Gabrielle Revere, inspired Mr. Cisneros to pursue a full-time freelance fashion styling/ photo production career. His key clients have included Barneys.com, Jones New York, LOFT, People.com, Rolling Stone Australia, The Daily Front Row, Vanity Fair Germany, Westfield Corporation, and many more. Along the way, he has worked with celebrities including Rosanna Arquette, Katrina Bowden, Sophia Bush, Alexis Dzenia, Arielle Kebbel, Vanessa Minnillo, Leven Rambin, and The Veronicas, who have sought his counsel for their photographic and public relations image.
Upon return to his native Northern California, Mr. Cisneros was offered a position at Neiman Marcus, Palo Alto, where he was responsible for the windows and interior displays of the leading national luxury retailer. He was then recruited by Macy's, where he was in charge of personal shopping, fashion shows, and special projects for Silicon Valley. In addition, he gained signage with #Macysstylecrew becoming the highest viewed social media personality on Macys.com. He has also been on staff at Wilkes Bashford, Palo Alto, and Tory Burch, Palo Alto.
Since 2017, Mr. Cisneros has co-styled “Project You: Building and Extending your Personal Brand” at Stanford University, a Graduate School of Business course led by Tyra Banks and Allison Kluger.
Currently, Mr. Cisneros is represented by Robert Bala at Look Model Agency/ SF for fashion styling and special projects.
